Tofu cheese is a plant based product, which have a lot of benefits for our organism, especially for vegans and people who have lactose intolerance.

Tofu cheese with its long history, is rich of protein, vitamins and minerals and can easily replace many dairy products. Soy proteins are positively affect on our body, help to reduce the cholesterol in blood. It is also perfectly strengthens the immune system and reduce the risk of catching cold. ๐Ÿ˜Š๐Ÿ’š

Tofu contains protein, calcium and iron. It is great for athletes to gain muscles. It also can be included in ration for people who want to lose the weight, because tofu is a low calorie product.

However, we shouldnโ€™t forget how important to not overdo with anything even they are healthy. โ˜บ๏ธJust keep that in mind.

However, You can buy Tofu in almost any supermarket or grocery store, but you should to choose it properly. Especially pay attention to dates, it contents.

Japanese and Chinese women are use Tofu in cosmetology ๐Ÿ’•๐Ÿ˜Œ. They learned how to whiten and rejuvenate the skin, because the consumption Tofu for food is slow down the aging process of skin, improve its and fill the skin with energy and health.

You can use it for making a good mask for making your skin smooth and fresh. ๐Ÿ˜‰โค๏ธ๐Ÿ˜‰

For making mask you will need only three simple ingredients:

1 tbsp. Tofu cheese

1 tsp. Olive oil

1/4 tsp. Lemon juice

Method:

Combine all ingredients together. Mix well and make sure that there is no lumps in mixture.

Wash you face and thoroughly clean it from makeup.

It is highly recommend to steam you face a little bit with linen cloth.

Pour some clean water into pan, add 1 tbsp. Dried camomile, bring to the boil, remove from the heat and cover with lid. Set aside for several minutes, then heat it up about 39 – 40 ยฐC, remove from the heat and soak linen cloth in prepared camomile mixture. Squeeze it a little bit to remove excess liquid and put it on your face. Wait for 5 to 10 minutes, then remove linen cloth and spread the prepared tofu mask on your face, slightly tap it in your skin with your fingers. 

Wash it after 10 – 15 minutes. You will see the difference after fist usage, but more noticeable effect will be after one month. Do this mask once in a week and after your skin will be bright and smooth! ๐Ÿ˜

There are only two steps which you necessarily need to do before youโ€™re even start to make cheesecake.

First, it is to put cans with coconut cream and milk into fridge. Keep them about 2 to 3 days. That will help you easily scrape the creamy part without liquid.

And, the second one. Soak cashews into water overnight. They will become soft and tender, and we can simply blend them with the remaining ingredients.
