Matcha Vegan White Chocolate Tart

Matcha is one of our favorite things in the world. It good for particularly everything: drinks, smoothies, cakes, pies, cookies and etc. But the most delicious thing which you can with it is  matcha vegan white chocolate tart 😊💚🍵.

Matcha – is a Japanese powdered green tea. It is a great source of value for your body. Matcha tea is good as an antioxidant, and that is the one of the main reasons why I switch to it from coffee. This powdered tea have a super good and useful influence with our brains – it makes your head works faster and keep your mind clean and calm. I often make delicious Iced Matcha Latte during the summer season especially when weather is too hot ☀️😅.

There is nothing better to enjoy your day with piece of chilled matcha tart with sweet cherry layer. This tart is super healthy, easy to make, no bake and content no gluten and refined sugar free.

I decided to bring some colorful vibes to is by decorating matcha white chocolate tart with fresh cherries, blueberries, pistachios and just a bit of crushed peanuts.

Lemon Coconut Pie

This perfect dessert is so tender, it’s completely melt in your mouth. I decided to combine sweet pastry dough and tangy juicy lemons and, as incredible result, I gained a wonderful sweet Lemon coconut pie which ideal pairs with cup of hot milk or jasmine tea.


As great addition you can pipe some whipped cream on top to make the flavor more delicate and smooth.

As decorating I used the coconut flakes, icing sugar, fresh berries and flowers, but you can replace them with toasted coconut, spices, whipping cream, caramel sauce or just serve it like that!

Flower Blossom Cheesecake

This dish is very special mostly because of its unique and very delightful appearance and versatile flavor. Flower blossom cheesecake is a perfect combination of rich creamy filling and sweet rose wine jelly on top.

 

For the top layer you can use not only the flowers but also berries and fruits. We think that kiwi, mango, peaches and strawberries will be the ideal replacements. Also, if you don’t like the rose wine you can choose any other like sakura or plum wine or just took the plain white wine. We not recommend you to use the red wine cause the jelly will not have this almost transparent color and light texture.

Vanilla Cheesecake with Pistachios

This incredibly tasty Vanilla Cheesecake with Pistachios can be served as dessert for any type of special occasions, events and holidays.

Usually for the base of this recipe we use biscuit cookies, which we mix with melted butter in food processor until it starts to look like bread crumbs. Then it should be transferred to baking pan, leveled with spatula and baked for 10 minutes at 180 degrees C.

But today we are going to make something special – shortcrust base.

Easy Plum Jam

Today we make something delicious – Plum jam with cranberry tea, vanilla and candied oranges. This jam is perfectly goes with chocolate pancakes, freshly baked buns, vanilla panna cotta, banana ice cream and scones.
If you do not have candied oranges replace them with other kinds of candied fruits or just simply cook without them. I promise you that you will enjoy it!
