Today we are going to make the fluffiest Vegan Gluten Free Mini Carrot Cakes ever! These adorable cakes are super easy to make. Another 20 to 25 minutes and you will enjoy delicious sweet treat with a glass of Iced Latte. They are so soft and tender and every bite is melts into your mouth.
For these Carrot Cakes you can use any kind of glaze and decorating. For example, you can use caramel sauce or melted dark chocolate, glaze with blood orange juice, chopped nuts, fresh berries or chocolate chunks as toppings. Just use your imagination and create something new. Also you could add your favourite spices like nutmeg, ginger, anise and etc.
If you want to make a big carrot cake, I recommend to replace gluten free flour and oat flour with all purpose flour. It will make texture thicker and as result you will have lovely Vegan Carrot Cake.
You could decorate it vegan buttercream or whipped coconut cream and decorate with fresh flowers or berries.

For today we made something really special – Gluten Free Fruit Tart with berry filling and fresh peaches, nectarines, raspberries and blackberries. Delicious tart shell was made of gluten free brown flour and have a nice crunchy texture. The taste of dairy free white vegan chocolate is pairing well with sweet juicy berries and fresh fruits, topped with apricot glaze. Completely vegan and 100 % natural ingredients.
We use apricot glaze with brandy for some reasons. That will add some delicate flavor and texture to our tart and make fruits and berries look fancy. You could serve it with various ice cold drinks but we prefer to use lemonade or non alcoholic mojito to balance the sweetness of the meal.
This tart is perfect as chilling dessert for hot summer weather. I recommend to nicely chill it before serving. Enjoy!

Japanese and Chinese women are use Tofu in cosmetology 💕😌. They learned how to whiten and rejuvenate the skin, because the consumption Tofu for food is slow down the aging process of skin, improve its and fill the skin with energy and health.
You can use it for making a good mask for making your skin smooth and fresh. 😉❤️😉
For making mask you will need only three simple ingredients:
1 tbsp. Tofu cheese
1 tsp. Olive oil
1/4 tsp. Lemon juice
Combine all ingredients together. Mix well and make sure that there is no lumps in mixture.
Wash you face and thoroughly clean it from makeup.
It is highly recommend to steam you face a little bit with linen cloth.
Pour some clean water into pan, add 1 tbsp. Dried camomile, bring to the boil, remove from the heat and cover with lid. Set aside for several minutes, then heat it up about 39 – 40 °C, remove from the heat and soak linen cloth in prepared camomile mixture. Squeeze it a little bit to remove excess liquid and put it on your face. Wait for 5 to 10 minutes, then remove linen cloth and spread the prepared tofu mask on your face, slightly tap it in your skin with your fingers.
Wash it after 10 – 15 minutes. You will see the difference after fist usage, but more noticeable effect will be after one month. Do this mask once in a week and after your skin will be bright and smooth! 😍
