Well, we guess that it’s time to give some relax to our body after holidays and eat something easy, tasty and healhty – Brown basmati rice and wild rice with mushrooms, green beans and leek.

My family is a huge fan or rice and I think that it’s probably because we appreciate Asian cuisine so sometimes we make such kind of meals and I think that’s will be great if you cook this too. It is a really nice combination or brown basmati and wild rice with mushrooms, fresh green beans and leek. 5-ingredient white chocolate coconut ganache

It is a very easy recipe of white chocolate coconut ganache. You need only 5 ingredients! However, the taste will be amazing with rich chocolate flavor and gorgeous coconut aroma. This ganache you can use for cupcakes, cakes, macarons, cookies and other sweet stuff. Enjoy!

Very easy recipe of white chocolate coconut ganache with only 5 ingredients.

Ingredients
  1. 200 grams of white chocolate chips
  2. 200 grams of coconut milk or cream
  3. 50 grams of butter
  4. 2 tsps. of coconut extract
  5. 75 grams of slightly toasted coconut flakes
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 356 degrees F (180 degrees C).
  2. Add coconut flakes into a baking pan and bake into oven for 5 to 7 minutes.
  3. Alternatively, you can use a frying pan and cook coconut flakes without oil for 3 to 5 minutes.
  4. Put chocolate into a bowl.
  5. Pour milk or cream into a saucepan and place on the medium heat. Bring to the boil and add coconut extract. Remove from the heat and add into chocolate.
  6. Set aside for 5 minutes. Stir until combine.
  7. Add butter and mix until butter completely melts.
  8. Add toasted coconut flakes and stir once more.
  9. Pour ganache into glass container and store in refrigerator at least 2 hours.

Easy caramel sauce

It’s a very easy and quick recipe of caramel sauce, you will definitely like it cause it is so tasty, with rich vanilla aroma. This sauce you can use in different kinds of sweet meal like pancakes, cupcakes, cakes, muffins, buns, chocolates and any other. Enjoy!

Ingredients:

Easy caramel sauce
Perfect as topping or sauce for pancakes, cupcakes, muffins, cakes or cookies.

Ingredients
  1. 100 grams of butter
  2. 3 tbsp. of glucose syrup
  3. 400 ml of heavy cream
  4. 2 cups of regular sugar
  5. 2 tsp. of vanilla extract
  6. Pinch of salt
  7. 50 ml of water
Instructions
  1. Add vanilla extract into heavy cream and stir until combine.
  2. Add sugar and water into a pan and place on the medium heat.
  3. Add glucose syrup.
  4. Cook for about 15 to 20 minutes until rich golden or slightly brown color.
  5. Remove from the heat and carefully stir in heavy cream. Be careful cause it extremely hot.
  6. Add butter in several batches and keep stirring until it completely melts.
  7. Cool caramel until it reach room temperature.
  8. Pour caramel into jars and add a little bit of salt.
  9. Caramel is ready! You can use it for cupcakes, cakes, muffins, creams, pancakes, coffee, hot chocolate and other things.
  10. Enjoy!
Notes
  1. Tips: To prevent sugar crystallization we are recommend to grease sides of pan with water.

Saffron and carrot syrup

Well, we think before that “sweet carrot syrup” sounds very strange and we have no idea that you can make it home. However when we did this syrup and added a little bit of red greek saffron we gained a gorgeous combination of carrot juicy flavor and very deep saffron aroma. And, to be honest, this syrup is amazing. It can perfeclty goes with jellies, panacotta, creams and you can use it for greasing cakes and cupcakes.

Mango and avocado salad with pomegranate and cheddar

This kind of salad you can serve for any holiday. To make it cut and put all ingredients in separate plastic containers with lid and store them in refrigerator. Do not forget to drizzle sliced avocado with lemon juice and put it in plastic storage box with stone.

Then you should prepare sauce and cool it at room temperature. Toast nut into a frying pan without oil. It is recommended to chop herbs and lettuce leaves right before salad serving.

Make salad right before the arrival of the guests and serve it with nuts and prepared sauce.
