For today we made something really special – Gluten Free Fruit Tart with berry filling and fresh peaches, nectarines, raspberries and blackberries. Delicious tart shell was made of gluten free brown flour and have a nice crunchy texture. The taste of dairy free white vegan chocolate is pairing well with sweet juicy berries and fresh fruits, topped with apricot glaze. Completely vegan and 100 % natural ingredients.
We use apricot glaze with brandy for some reasons. That will add some delicate flavor and texture to our tart and make fruits and berries look fancy. You could serve it with various ice cold drinks but we prefer to use lemonade or non alcoholic mojito to balance the sweetness of the meal.
This tart is perfect as chilling dessert for hot summer weather. I recommend to nicely chill it before serving. Enjoy!

This perfect dessert is so tender, it’s completely melt in your mouth. I decided to combine sweet pastry dough and tangy juicy lemons and, as incredible result, I gained a wonderful sweet Lemon coconut pie which ideal pairs with cup of hot milk or jasmine tea.
As great addition you can pipe some whipped cream on top to make the flavor more delicate and smooth.
As decorating I used the coconut flakes, icing sugar, fresh berries and flowers, but you can replace them with toasted coconut, spices, whipping cream, caramel sauce or just serve it like that!
This dish is very special mostly because of its unique and very delightful appearance and versatile flavor. Flower blossom cheesecake is a perfect combination of rich creamy filling and sweet rose wine jelly on top.
For the top layer you can use not only the flowers but also berries and fruits. We think that kiwi, mango, peaches and strawberries will be the ideal replacements. Also, if you don’t like the rose wine you can choose any other like sakura or plum wine or just took the plain white wine. We not recommend you to use the red wine cause the jelly will not have this almost transparent color and light texture.
