I like to drink smoothies not only because they are delicious. This drink is nutritious and healthy. In addition, of course it contain all necessary minerals and vitamins for my organism. Therefore, it’s really important to make smoothie sometimes.
Strawberry smoothie with bananas
- 4 smalls bananas
- 200 grams of strawberries
- Plain yogurt – 300 grams
- Milk – 100 ml
- 2 – 3 tbsp. of powdered sugar
- ½ tsp. of vanilla extract
- Peel the bananas and put them into a bowl. Freeze in freezer for 4 hours.
- Cut the bananas and strawberries into pieces, add them into blender. Mix until combine.
- Add yogurt, powdered sugar, milk and vanilla extract into blender and mix.
- Pour the smoothie into glasses, decorate with mint leaves and serve.
