Ingredients
  1. 600 ml corn or canola oil
  2. 1 tsp salt
  3. 1 large clove of garlic
  4. 2 anise stars
  5. 4 tbsp. chilli flakes
  6. Pinch of ground ginger
  7. Pinch of saffron
  8. Pinch of Ras el Hanut (mixed spice)
  9. 2 cloves
  10. 5 black pepper seeds
Instructions
  1. Finely chop the garlic cloves.
  2. Add into bowl. Add chilli flakes and salt.
  3. Pour oil into pot. Add spices and place on the medium heat. Wait until it starts to almost boil.
  4. Pour oil on top chili. Be careful. It is hot.
  5. Mix well, then wait for five minutes. Set aside until it completely cools.
  6. Pour into bottles. Keep in dry and dark place.
  7. Use as garnish for various dishes.
Notes
  1. You could also add your favourite spices.
