Pizza – is it healthy product or no? Many people argue about that but don’t find the answer.
In our family we love it, cook pizza and enjoy when we eat it.
This homemade vegan tofu pizza is soft, airy, with incredibly tasty sauce. It will not leave anyone unsatisfied, trust me. Don’t think so? Try to cook it and you will definitely see how amazing and delish this pizza is.
And, there is no need to be worry about your figure if you eat one or two slices of this vegan tofu pizza.
It is very easy to make, but I highly recommend you to follow the recipe steps. For example, the pizza sauce it is better to cook in advance, completely cool and put in fridge for a while.
It will help it to absorb all the flavors from the ingredients and spices.
However, if you don’t cook it before you start making pizza dough, don’t worry. Sometimes we made it during the dough rising.
Also, it is better if you sprinkle the surface where you are planning to roll the dough with some semolina (don’t use to much). It will helps to give to pizza nice crispy golden crust.
