Ingredients
  1. Pinch of cinnamon
  2. 120 gr. of all – purpose wheat flour
  3. 50 gr. of corn oil
  4. 2 tbsp. of brown sugar
  5. 20 gr. of coconut milk
  6. 1 and ½ tbsp. of red rooibos tea
  7. ½ tsp. of baking powder
  8. Vanilla extract
  9. 35 gr. of almonds
Instructions
  1. Chop the almonds.
  2. Combine all dry ingredients.
  3. Melt the coconut oil and mix with dry ingredients. Add coconut milk and vanilla extract.
  4. Knead the dough and cover with plastic wrap.
  5. Put in refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  6. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees C (356 degrees F).
  7. Cut cookies with cookie cutters.
  8. Line the baking tray with baking paper. Put cookies on the baking tray. Sprinkle with sugar.
  9. Bake cookies for 15 minutes.
  10. Put prepared cookies on the serving plate. Decorate with flowers.
