Easy & yummy spring rolls

What about tasty and super healthy dish – Spring rolls? As I said before our family like asian cuisine so sometimes we want to make something delicious and interesting like spring rolls. Try to make this meal and you will definitely like them! I recommended to serve these spring rolls as breakfast or lunch or maybe dinner.

Ingredients
  1. Rice roll wrappers
  2. ½ pack of rice vermicelli (250 grams)
  3. ½ of red bell pepper
  4. ½ of orange bell pepper
  5. ½ of avocado
  6. 1 hot chili pepper
  7. 12 king prawns
  8. 1 cucumber
  9. 3 to 4 cloves of garlic
  10. 50 gr. of fresh ginger
  11. 3 to 4 spring onions
  12. Small bunch of fresh dill
  13. ¼ of white cabbage head
  14. Salt & black pepper
  15. 50 ml of rice wine or sakura wine
  16. 2 tbsp. of soy sauce
  17. 1 tsp. of fish sauce
  18. 1 tbsp. of rice vinegar
  19. ½ tsp. of hot chili flakes
  20. 1/3 tsp. of tandoori masala
  21. 1 tbsp. of honey
  22. 1 lemon
  23. 2 to 3 dried figs
  24. 2 tbsp. of sesame seeds
  25. 1 tbsp. of sesame oil
  26. 2 tbsp. of spring rolls sauce
  27. 1 tbsp. of teriyaki BBQ sauce
Instructions
  1. Finely chop the hot chili pepper and fresh ginger. Put into a bowl.
  2. Finely chop the garlic cloves. Put it into the same bowl. Add rice vinegar, soy sauce, fish sauce, Teriyaki BBQ sauce, rice wine, spices, salt and honey.
  3. Mix well and add sesame oil, sesame seeds, olive oil.
  4. Mix once more until combine.
  5. Slice the spring onion, add into a bowl with sauces. Soak rice vermicelli in a bowl with hot water.
  6. Add lemon juice into a bowl with prepared marinade. Stir until combine.
  7. Thinly slice the cabbage. Put it into a bowl with marinade. Give a good stir.
  8. Drain the water from rice vermicelli.
  9. Finely chop the fresh dill. Cook prawns into a pan with boiling water for 5 to 7 minutes. Cool and peel them, put into a bowl and add spring rolls sauce.
  10. Set aside. Cut rice vermicelli with scissors and add into a bowl with cabbage. Give a good stir. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
  11. Slice bell peppers, spring onion and cucumber into thin strips. Cut dried figs and avocado into slices. Cut prawns in halves.
  12. Put rice roll wrapper into a pan with hot water and carefully transfer it to cutting board.
  13. Add prawns, put some filling on top. Add dried figs, cucumber, bell pepper. Close the edges and roll it up. Repeat the same process.
  14. To make veggie rolls replace prawns with avocado.
  15. Serve rolls with spring rolls sauce and Teriyaki BBQ sauce.
