How to make cupcakes with buttercream

When my mom and my little brother went to fitness, I’ve decided to cook something tasty and cute for them – decorated cupcakes πŸ˜‰ I love to cook such kind of meals cause when I make it I feel myself so Christmassy and so happy.

Cupcakes batter
  1. 100 grams of chocolate chips
  2. 160 grams of sugar
  3. 2 eggs
  4. Β½ tbsp. of vanilla extract
  5. 2 tbsp. of baking powder
  6. Pinch of salt
  7. 125 grams of melted butter
  8. 180 ml of milk
  9. 310 grams of all – purpose flour
  10. Sugar sprinkles
  1. 250 grams of softened butter
  2. 420 grams of icing sugar
  3. 1 tbsp. of vanilla extract
  4. 20 to 30 ml of milk
For batter
  1. Preheat 180 degrees C (356 degrees F).
  2. Beat eggs with sugar until fluffy and pale consistency.
  3. Mix dry ingredients into a bowl.
  4. Mix milk with vanilla extract.
  5. Add dry ingredients into egg mixture and give a good stir.
  6. Add milk and mix once more.
  7. Add melted butter and stir.
  8. Divide batter in half, add chocolate chips in one-half of batter.
  9. Pour batter into papercups and bake into preheated oven for 10 to 15 minutes.
  1. Beat softened butter with sugar until fluffy and pale consistency.
  2. Add icing sugar by one tablespoon at a time.
  3. Mix until combine.
  4. Add vanilla extract and stir.
  5. Add milk and mix once more.
  6. Pipe some buttercream on top of cooled cupcakes, decorate with sprinkles and serve.
